COVID-19 regulations: Masks are required in the studio, KN95/N95 or surgical masks are HIGHLY recommended. Cloth masks can be work over surgical masks.

If you are sick or have any symptoms, please stay home and get tested. You may return to in person with a valid negative covid test.

If you have travelled or attended an unmasked large group (10+people) mask for at least 5 days after or wait 10 days before returning to the studio.

Serō Pilates Studio is designed to be clean, uncluttered, and fully equipped. The studio focuses exclusively on private and semi private sessions, so you will have a truly private and personalized session without the distraction of other instructors or large group classes.

Parking is available in the rear of the building or on the street in front.

Everyone must enter through the front door, facing the street.
