Studio Policies
Community Agreement Policy
To ensure a calm and welcoming atmosphere in the studio, we kindly ask that you speak softly.
We also ask that you refrain from any derogatory comments about race, gender identity, and sexual orientation as well as negative self-talk or body shaming.
Studio Attire Policy
Grip socks are required. They are available at the studio to purchase if you forget yours.
Please wear secure exercise apparel without zippers, grommets, etc as this can damage the equipment. Avoid wearing jewelry, especially hoops or dangly earrings, necklaces, bracelets and anklets which can catch on the equipment and injury you and/or the machine.
If your hair is long enough to tie back, please do so! This keeps it from getting caught in the springs or other parts of the equipment. I ask that you not wear hair ties with metal on them, or bobby pins at the nape of your neck. This can damage the equipment.
Scents linger. Please refrain from wearing strong perfume or cologne as this can trigger migraines for those who come after you.
Scheduling / Cancellation / Illness and Other Policies
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations, regardless of advanced notice, negatively impact small business.
Life happens, sometimes you’ll have to cancel. If at all possible, please cancel as soon as possible allowing those on the waitlist a chance at the open spot.
All sessions can be rescheduled or canceled up to 24 hours before the start time in Vagaro.
If a session is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the originally scheduled appointment time the full price of the session will be charged or deducted from a package.
Late Arrival Policy
Please on time for the start of your session.
If possible, please text or call if you are running behind. Late arrivals of 10+ minutes will be considered a no show and the full price of the session will be charged or deducted from a package.
No Show Policy
If you do not show up for your session, the full cost of the session will be charged or deducted from a package.
Illness Policy
No One ever wants to wake up sick! If you are sick do not come to your session. The cancellation policy applies in the event of illness. No exceptions.
Mask Policy
Masks are optional, however if anyone else in the studio requests a masked session this must be honored by everyone in the studio. We are a community and we owe it to the members of our community to respect their wishes.
COVID Policy
KN95/N95 or surgical masks are HIGHLY recommended.
If you are sick or have any symptoms, please stay home and get tested. You may return to in person with a valid negative covid test.
If you have travelled or attended an unmasked large group (10+people) you MUST mask for at least 5 days or wait 10 days before returning to the studio.
The cancellation policy applies in the event of a positive covid test. No exceptions.
